in person counselling sessions

If you would prefer to work with your therapist in person, face-to-face counselling sessions are available at our local Stourport-on-Severn office.
These are 50 minute sessions that can be booked weekly or fortnightly to fit with you. There is some availability for weekends and Saturday mornings.
Online counselling sessions

Some clients prefer the convenience of online therapy. We offer remote counselling sessions delivered via a safe online platform. The client would need a private, quiet space available to them in order to participate in these sessions.

Mindfulness sessions
£35
Maybe you don’t feel ready for counselling but would like to learn some techniques to help you cope with the stresses of life, we offer one-to-one mindfulness sessions.
Mindfulness and breathwork helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and blood pressure while improving focus, emotional regulation, and sleep quality by calming the nervous system. They work together to increase body awareness, boost immunity, enhance cognitive function, and foster a "grounded" present-moment state that limits negative thought patterns.
These are 40 minute sessions that can be booked weekly or fortnightly to fit with you. There is some availability for weekends and Saturday mornings.
